Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Andy pointed out that I had been slacking, so it's back :-)
The pizza crust is courtesy of Nick & Rika, and the buffalo chicken part is Rachael Ray.
I promise it tastes better than it looks ;-)

Pizza crust ingredients:
1 package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (not hot, not cold, warm -- approx. 110F, like a hot tub)
2.5 cups bread flour (bread flour, not regular flour)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Buffalo chicken ingredients:

3/4 pound chicken breast cutlets
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 tablespoons hot sauce, medium to spicy heat
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

Pizza crust instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F
2. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar into warm water. Let stand until creamy (about 10 minutes)
3. Stir in flour, salt and oil. Knead until smooth for about 10 minutes.
4. Put a little oil on a pan that you want to bake it on and put the dough on there and press it and stretch it out on the pan. When you do this, make sure you keep it in one piece and literally stretch it out.

Buffalo chicken instructions:

1. Cut the chicken into pieces, salt and pepper, and cook
2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in Worcestershire, hot sauce, and tomato sauce.
3. Add chicken to sauce and coat.
4. Cover the pizza dough with the saucy Buffalo chicken & cheeses.

*I didn't put celery on it, but they put slices of celery at California Pizza Kitchen and I think it tastes really good.

**I also drizzled some ranch dressing on the pizza and it was good! (although it was good without it too)
